The Opportunity Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Dental Business Unit on a warm desk.

You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top-tier commercial talent for our clients, ranging from dynamic startups to established global corporations.

This is a unique opportunity taking on significant responsibility from day one, seeking to become a true Business Partner and source of market information to your clients whilst leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships and drive the entire recruitment process from initial briefing to offer management.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will: Source and attract top talent for roles across various functions and locations, utilising effective sourcing strategies and building a robust network.

Manage the 360 recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing to offer management, acting as a trusted business partner and providing expert guidance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience and effectively selling the opportunity.

Actively seek and develop new business opportunities within your core market, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.

Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, optimise processes, and contribute to a positive team culture.

You will ideally have: Previous 360 recruitment experience is a benefit with a focus on professional roles.
