A leading animal health organisation is seeking Technical Services Veterinarians to join its companion animal team, supporting veterinary professionals across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinary surgeon looking to move beyond clinical practice into a customer-facing technical role. Combining clinical expertise with commercial collaboration, you will provide trusted scientific support, investigate product enquiries, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer outcomes and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality technical advice on the safe and effective use of companion animal products
- Responding to technical enquiries from veterinary professionals through multiple communication channels
- Supporting field-based sales teams with clinical expertise and customer engagement
- Investigating product complaints and suspected adverse events, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintaining compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to develop technical resources and educational materials
- Providing clinical insights to support product strategy and customer initiatives
- Building trusted relationships with veterinary customers through professional and evidence-based support
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of veterinary medicine, products and industry developments
About You:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with MRCVS registration (essential)
- Experience in small animal clinical practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer focus with a passion for supporting veterinary professionals
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
