We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic growth of a market-leading dental manufacturer. About the Role:
As the Product Manager for a globally recognised brand within the dental industry, you will be the driving force behind its continued success. You will be the expert on all related issues, responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive market share growth and brand leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics, exceptional communication skill, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the unique value proposition and craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Translate these insights into actionable product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to equip the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively promote and sell the portfolio. This includes creating sales presentations, product guides, and conducting training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical partners. Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless market introduction.
- Lead product training programs for both new and existing sales teams, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the full portfolio.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Work closely with Global Product Management, Sales, Brand Management, Regulatory and other departments to align on product strategy, messaging, and objectives.
- Manage the operational expenses budget effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with plan objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within the dental, medical device or related healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving market adoption.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques and best practices, including digital marketing and market research.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor\’s degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (CRM, marketing automation, data analytics).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
