A leading global healthcare organisation is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive growth across its Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions (IPSS) portfolio. In this field-based role, you will work directly with hospitals, clinical teams, and procurement stakeholders to understand needs, deliver education, and provide solutions that enhance infection prevention and surgical performance. You will be responsible for building strong relationships across your territory, delivering high-quality product support, and meeting commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory sales targets through effective planning and account management.
- Build and maintain relationships with theatre teams, infection prevention teams, vascular access specialists, and procurement leads.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and educational sessions.
- Support clinical evaluations, trials, and product adoption.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and internal cross-functional teams.
- Represent the organisation professionally at customer meetings and relevant events.
About You:
- Degree (preferred) in Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years’ experience in medical sales or a healthcare commercial role.
- Understanding of NHS structure and clinical decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
