CyberArk Architect - PAM Transformation
Rate: Up to Β£625 per day, Inside IR35
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site
A major security transformation programme is seeking a senior CyberArk specialist to take ownership of the architecture for a complex PAM consolidation and migration.
The programme involves bringing together large-scale environments following a merger, with thousands of privileged accounts and over 250 dependent applications to consider. With a fixed regulatory deadline to meet, this will require someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and the ability to drive decisions forward.
This is a client-facing position, so we need someone who can do more than design the solution. You'll be responsible for setting the technical direction, engaging senior stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear leadership to the engineers delivering the work.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the architectural approach for the CyberArk migration and consolidation.
- Defining how privileged accounts, credentials and application integrations are transitioned safely between environments.
- Overseeing identity federation, MFA integration and access-control design.
- Working directly with senior client stakeholders to present recommendations, resolve challenges and agree key decisions.
- Managing technical risks, migration planning, governance and regulatory requirements.
- Providing technical direction to the delivery team and maintaining oversight through implementation and cutover.
Experience required:
- Strong IAM background, with 5+ years specialising in CyberArk architecture.
- Experience delivering large-scale CyberArk migrations or major version upgrades.
- Solid knowledge of EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM and CP/CCP.
- Experience with identity federation, SAML/OIDC, Entra ID and MFA solutions.
- A track record working across complex application estates in regulated environments.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the confidence to lead senior-level discussions and take ownership beyond the technical design.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect who can operate at a senior stakeholder level, lead from the front and take responsibility for driving a complex security programme towards delivery.
Both Modis International Ltd and Modis Europe Ltd are Equal Opportunities Employers.
