Change Consultant - Security Transformation
Contract: Day-rate contract
Start Date: November / Early December
We are seeking an experienced Change Consultant to support a Security Transformation programme, developing and delivering effective change, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the case for change and translate strategic priorities into clear communications.
- Create engaging change materials, including presentations, campaigns and videos.
- Develop Change Impact Assessments (CIAs) and change plans.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities and sponsor briefings.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and workstream leads.
- Support culture and behavioural change, embedding new ways of working.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve change activities.
Essential Experience:
- Strong change management and transformation experience.
- Experience producing CIAs and change plans.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience creating engaging change and communications materials.Confident engaging with senior sponsors and stakeholders.
Desirable:
Experience in behavioural change, culture transformation or security-related programmes.
