Interim Commercial Legal Counsel | 6-12 Month Contract | Manchester
We're supporting a well-established international professional services business seeking an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel to join its lean in-house legal team on a 6 month contract.
Working closely with the business and a collaborative legal team, you'll take ownership of a broad range of commercial matters, including:
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
- Supporting contingent workforce and temporary recruitment arrangement.
- Advising stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Managing legal risk in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
About you:
- Qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent).
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice.
- Comfortable working autonomously and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions, professional services or similar sectors would be advantageous.
