Managing Director / Sales Director - Compass Consult Location Leeds (Consult HQ) - UK we shape leadership structures, succession pathways and executive teams that define how organisations grow.

With our ambition growth plans, we are now looking for a Managing Director/Sales Director who can support both our UK growth plans and our internation expansion with a primary focus on North America.

This isn’t a steady-state appointment.
