We are looking for an experienced SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) Consultant for a leading financial institution.
Location: London, UK – Hybrid
Engagement: FTE / 6-Month Contract

- Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM)
- ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM
- CMDB governance, health & data quality
- Configuration Items (CIs), attributes & relationships
- ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
- SACM lifecycle management
- Configuration audits, compliance & CI attestation
- CMDB data remediation and governance
- Service mapping across applications, infrastructure & business services
- Automation, integrations & configuration data management
- Strong ITIL / ITSM background
We are particularly interested in professionals with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, SACM governance, Discovery and Service Mapping .
