Salesforce Senior Consultant / Business Analyst - Consumer Goods Cloud
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: London - Hybrid
Start: October 2026
The opportunity
We're partnering with a client on a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / BA to shape requirements, lead discovery, and own the backlog through delivery. This is a client-facing role where you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, making sure the solution delivers real value for field sales and retail execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and objectives
- Translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
- Owning and prioritising the product backlog, working closely with the delivery team to keep it refined and ready
- Advising the client on Consumer Goods Cloud best practice, including retail execution, visit planning, and account and store management
- Acting as a trusted, client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Consultant or Business Analyst
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
- A track record of running discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Experience owning and managing a backlog in an Agile delivery environment
- Confident, polished communication with senior client stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Business Analyst, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional) are a plus
