You will own end-to-end delivery, from governance and budget through to go-live, acting as the senior link between executives, finance leadership and delivery partners. If you thrive leading complex cloud programmes, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall delivery of the Oracle Fusion Cloud programme, including scope, timeline, budget, benefits realisation and go-live readinessSet up and run programme governance, including steering committees, risk and issue management, and executive reportingManage and align system integrators, internal workstreams and third-party vendors across ERP, EPM, integrations and dataAct as the senior point of contact for finance leadership and executive sponsors, translating business needs into delivery prioritiesLead change management, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation, driving process simplification and adoptionSkills RequiredProven track record directing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programmes (Financials essential; EPM, Procurement or HCM advantageous)Extensive programme and portfolio management experience, with strong budget and resource controlSenior stakeholder management, with credibility at CFO and CIO levelExperience with global finance transformation, including multi-entity, multi-currency and compliance requirementsStrong leadership of cross-functional and third-party teams, with PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred
