This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including commercial performance, client delivery, team leadership, guest experience, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven background managing large-scale conference, events, hospitality, or venue operations and be confident leading sizeable teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Proven General Manager experience within conferencing, events, hospitality, or venue management
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing large teams and high-profile client events
