The business is now investing further into its commercial engine and is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join its UK sales team. This is a genuine growth role, not a call centre BDR with clear ownership of pipeline, deals and revenue.
If you’re a current SDR / BDR looking for more responsibility, more autonomy and a clearer route to progression, this is one worth exploring.
The Role
Reporting directly into senior commercial leadership, you’ll take ownership of pipeline and revenue across SME healthcare customers. You’ll be responsible for:

- Proactively prospecting and qualifying outbound opportunities
- Building, managing and forecasting a high-quality sales pipeline
- Progressing opportunities from first conversation through to close
- Executing sales activity aligned with wider commercial strategy
- Working closely with marketing on campaign-led demand generation
- Engaging and influencing decision-makers across healthcare organisations
This is a revenue-owning role with visibility, accountability and a clear link between performance and progression.

- Proven B2B healthcare / healthtech sales experience
- Current or recent experience in a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales role
- Confidence selling into regulated healthcare environments
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies
- Strong pipeline management, follow-up discipline and forecasting accuracy
- A commercially driven, target-focused mindset
- Experience selling technology-led solutions or services within healthcare is highly desirable.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven, high-growth healthcare technology business at a point where the sales function is scaling and maturing quickly. You’ll benefit from:
- Clear ownership of revenue and pipeline
- Strong inbound demand alongside outbound activity
- Close exposure to senior leadership
- Genuine progression opportunities into senior sales or account management roles
