Territory Sales Manager / Product Specialist (Part-Time, 12-Month FTC)
Consult are partnered with a market-leading organisation within the dental sector to recruit a Product Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an internationally recognised manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence, education and innovation. Working 3 days per week, you'll take ownership of an established territory across the Midlands, Staffordshire, East Midlands and Mid Wales, supporting clinicians through both commercial activity and high-quality clinical education.
This role would suit someone with a background in dental, medical device or healthcare sales, particularly those who enjoy building long-term customer relationships and working within a clinically driven environment.
The Role
As a Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing your territory, growing sales and supporting customers through product education and clinical expertise. You'll work closely with implant clinicians and dental professionals, becoming a trusted partner while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Core responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed territory sales targets
- Building and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Delivering product demonstrations, training and clinical education
- Supporting and attending educational meetings and events
- Creating and executing territory business plans
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity reporting
- Analysing territory performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Delivering outstanding customer service across your customer base
About You
We're looking for an ambitious, professional and engaging individual who enjoys working autonomously while building lasting relationships with customers. Additionally we're looking for:
- Significant exposure to the dental market, ideally implants or regenerative dentistry within practice as Nurse, TCO, PM etc and the desire to progress into a field-sales role OR field sales experience within medical devices, healthcare or dental.
- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- A commercial mindset with a genuine desire to succeed
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a close-knit team
- A life sciences degree or relevant clinical qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
Package
- Β£45,000 basic salary (pro rata)
- Uncapped commission with a 20% OTE (pro rata)
