QUEERCIRCLE is seeking a Managing Director (Parental Cover) to partner with the Director and senior team in a critical transition period. You will oversee financial and operational management, governance, and people, guiding the organisation through 2027 and its premises transition with resilience and accountability.
The role reports to the Director, with line management to be confirmed, and is a fixed-term parental leave cover for approximately 8–12 months, based on cover needs.
