Starfish Search are supporting a local authority in the North of England on the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support throughout a major organisational restructure.
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and employee relations matters.
- Work closely with senior managers to implement new structures and manage people-related challenges.
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with employment legislation and council policies.
- Support the delivery of wider workforce transformation objectives.
About you
- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within local government.
- Strong experience supporting restructures and organisational change.
- Confident advising senior stakeholders on complex HR and employee relations matters.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
