Interim Head of Compliance

£150k per annum
I’m working with a London Market insurance business looking to appoint an experienced Interim Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function and act as a key adviser to senior management.
The role will include:
- Leading and developing the compliance framework
- Ownership and delivery of the Compliance Plan
- Providing senior-level advice on complex and high-risk compliance matters
- Managing and mitigating compliance risk across the business
- Providing oversight around conflicts of interest
- Advising on regulatory developments and their impact on the business
- Leading the Compliance team and promoting a strong compliance culture
- Working closely with the managing agent and wider regulatory stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with strong London Market/Lloyd’s insurance compliance experience, who is comfortable operating at senior level and can combine strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery.
