Interim Director of Technical Transformation | Outside IR35 | London
I’m working on a really interesting interim requirement with a well-established UK media business going through a significant technical transformation.
They’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to provide architecture direction while helping engineering teams transition towards Agentic & Design Engineering.
Key experience:
- Senior technical leadership with hands-on architecture experience
- Building Agentic Engineering practices from scratch
- End-state & transitional architecture
- LLM-powered applications / AI productionisation
- Engineering standards, governance & guardrails
- Mentoring engineering teams through technical change
Contract: 6 months
Rate: Up to £625/day
Location: London – up to 2 days p/w onsite
Start: 28th September
This isn't a traditional Transformation Director role - they need someone who is still genuinely technical and hands-on.
