About Patishon
Patishon designs and supplies architectural internal glass doorsets: slim steel-look glazed doors, sliding doors, glazed screens and, from March 2027, E30 fire-rated glass doors. Our doorsets come as complete door-and-frame sets, delivered quickly and supported by a growing network of local glazier partners who fit them.
The opportunity
We’re looking for experienced, self-employed specification professionals with active relationships with residential architects and interior designers. Your job is to introduce Patishon to practices and get our doorsets specified on high-end homes, extensions and refurbishments. Once a project is specified, you hand it over to us: our team quotes, sells and delivers it, working with the builder or one of our local fitting partners. You still earn commission when it orders.
This is a commission-only role that sits alongside other lines you already carry, as long as they don’t compete with ours. We want to be open about what you can earn, so the full commission structure is below.
What you’ll do
- Introduce Patishon to residential architects and interior designers in your area
- Book and support presentations and CPD-style lunch-and-learns
- Get Patishon doorsets onto drawings and door schedules
- Hand specified projects over to our sales team, with the project details and contacts
- Log practices and projects in our CRM
What you’ll bring
- A track record selling products that architects specify: glazing, doors, ironmongery, partitioning or premium interiors
- An active network of residential practices you can introduce us to
- Projects you’ve had specified in the last two years
- Self-motivation, organisation and a professional approach
What we offer
- 3% commission when a project is specified: paid once our doorsets are confirmed on the drawings or door schedule
- 4% commission when it orders: on orders from your specified projects, for 24 months from specification. We do the selling; you still earn
- £150 for every qualifying presentation to a residential practice
- Milestone bonuses: £2,500 at £250k specified, £5,000 at £500k, and £7,500 at £1M
- Your own protected list of practices
- Freedom to carry other lines that don’t compete with ours
- Full support: samples, spec sheets, technical help, quoting, delivery and local fitting partners
What you could earn
That’s 7% of the value of every specified project that orders, plus fees and bonuses. For example:
With £1,000,000 specified by December you could have earnt up to £95000
Earnings include commission on orders as specified projects are built, which can run into the following year. Figures are illustrative, not guaranteed.
