Scope
Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration? We’re seeking a Global Demand Generation Specialist to join a dynamic, international marketing team. In this role, you’ll support global campaigns, drive demand generation initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders across regions to align strategies and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation programs, tailored to drive engagement across key segments including end-users, channel partners, and sales teams.
- Design and implement multi-touch email campaigns, building relevant audience journeys through tailored messaging and content sequencing. Ensure alignment with campaign objectives, global product priorities, and local needs.
- Collaborate closely with the global paid media team to shape paid advertising strategies across platforms (search, display, social), advising on messaging, creative assets, targeting criteria, CTAs, and landing page experience.
- Create detailed and strategic creative briefs for internal and external partners, ensuring messaging, value propositions, and creative output meet campaign objectives and resonate across global audiences.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional stakeholder input, managing timelines, alignment, and approvals across segment leaders, portfolio owners, UX, content, and execution teams in multiple regions.
- Ensure clear performance tracking and analysis, contributing to global dashboards and reporting tools. Lead the monthly update of key performance metrics (Marketing Contacts, MQLs, Opportunities) for top priority countries.
- Drive the monthly reporting process, summarising learnings and performance outcomes from integrated campaigns to support optimisation and share best practices.
- Partner with regional teams to translate global strategies into local execution plans, including campaign adaptation, KPI setting, and activation timelines.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing or related field preferred)
- Minimum 7 years' experience in demand generation, campaign strategy, or marketing program management
- Strong background in stakeholder management and creative briefing
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, marketing funnels, and reporting tools
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel
- Familiarity with Eloqua (nice to have)
- Strong communication and organisational skills; comfortable working across time zones and cultures
