The Opportunity
- You’ll be the face of digital transformation across dental clinics and labs, delivering hands-on training, supporting seamless onboarding of intraoral scanners and digital workflows and helping practices make the leap from analogue to fully digital.
- You’ll also collaborate with commercial and technical teams, attend key dental events and support basic troubleshooting.
- It’s a dynamic, field-based role (c. 70% travel) with flexibility built in.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Dental Technician, Clinical Trainer or Digital Support Specialist in dentistry.
- Deep understanding of IOS workflows and practice/lab integration.
- Confidence delivering engaging, hands-on training to clinicians, nurses, and practice staff.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle basic technical queries.
- Highly organised, data-driven, and customer-focused.
