A leading global healthcare technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its Health Information Systems division. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for driving growth across an AI-powered clinical software portfolio, including speech recognition, ambient listening, autonomous clinical coding, data analytics, and consultancy services. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding key accounts across large hospital systems. Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into high-value sales opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle for complex solutions typically valued at £500K+.

- 7+ years’ experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working with executive/C‑suite stakeholders in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Health IT or AI‑driven clinical tools (e.g., speech recognition, ambient listening, coding automation, data analytics).
- Current UK driving licence.
- Strong “hunter” mentality with a passion for new‑business acquisition.
- High motivation, resilience, and enthusiasm for healthcare technology innovation.
