As Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist, you will sit at the heart of the UK operation, combining commercial inside sales activity with high-quality customer service. You’ll work closely with Territory Managers, engage directly with customers, and play a visible role in shaping how the brand is experienced day to day. This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to customers, is highly organised, proactive, and commercially curious.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
- Support Territory Managers with lead follow-up, quotations and active opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote products, offers and new innovations
- Re-engage inactive and lapsed accounts to drive incremental growth
- Promote and sell Komet Dental products to new and existing customers
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions and events through structured follow-up
- Act as a key point of contact for UK customers, delivering a professional, responsive and solutions-focused service
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring clarity on pricing, availability and delivery
- Handle customer queries and issues through to resolution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
- Support the wider UK team with coordination and administrative tasks
- Participate in training, product education and team meetings
- Experience in inside sales, customer service or sales support within a B2B environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an interest in sales and relationship development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Exposure to the dental, medical device or wider healthcare sector
- Experience supporting field-based sales teams
