Insight Global is looking for a Communications and Change Strategist to join a global consulting firm in their learning and design team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing communications and change strategies, as well as a master communications calendar, aligned to programme objectives and business priorities.
This role will begin as a 12 month contract (Inside IR35). This will be a PAYE contract, not an umbrella contract. You would be expected to go onsite 1-2 times per week, in their office in Canary Wharf, London. However, the onsite requirement is very flexible.
Targeting the following skillsets:
- Experience in marketing, communications or change management within a large, complex organisation.
- Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies for organisational change, digital transformation or technology implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and seniority levels.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience adapting communications for global audiences with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and proactively drives outcomes.
