A global healthcare organisation is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive growth across its Advanced Wound Care portfolio within North West and North Central London. This is a highly visible field sales role focused on securing formulary inclusion, driving product adoption and developing strategic relationships across NHS customers. You will work closely with clinicians, procurement teams, medicines management and key decision-makers to deliver sustainable territory growth and improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts across both acute and community settings, identifying opportunities for expansion and executing a structured territory business plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales growth across an established Advanced Wound Care portfolio
  • Securing formulary inclusions and expanding product utilisation across NHS accounts
  • Developing relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, medicines management and key stakeholders
  • Managing and growing strategic accounts across the territory
  • Developing and executing territory business plans to maximise market penetration
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities within acute and community care settings
  • Delivering product education and value-based clinical discussions
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and opportunity pipelines
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support account development and contract implementation
About You:
  • Proven clinical or commercial experience within Advanced Wound Care
  • Experience managing NHS accounts and navigating complex healthcare environments
  • Strong understanding of formulary processes and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and account development
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing opportunities through a structured CRM process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within or close to North West or North Central London
