Process Analyst / Process Mapping Consultant - Contract - Start date ASAP
Rate: Inside IR35
Location: Central London
We’re looking for a Process Analyst to support a business transformation initiative. You’ll document end-to-end processes across areas such as operations, finance and actuarial, helping the team build a clear picture of current ways of working.
This is a hands‑on process‑mapping role, suited to someone who enjoys gathering information from stakeholders and turning it into clear, accurate process maps.
Responsibilities
- Map and document end-to-end business processes.
- Work with stakeholders across operations, finance and actuarial.
- Create clear process documentation using Microsoft Visio.
- Support discovery work by helping the team understand the processes and their complexity.
About you
- Around five years’ experience in process analysis, process mapping or a related junior Business Analyst role.
- Experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector.
- Confident using Visio for process mapping.
- Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable working with business stakeholders.
Engagement details
- Initial 3–6 month contract, with scope delivered on a time‑and‑materials basis.
- A hybrid arrangement with a couple of days in the office is typical.
