We’re proudly supporting a well established, independent dental business in the search for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a fantastic South West territory. This is a role built around autonomy, trust and long term relationship building, not heavy KPIs or high pressure sales environments. Due to an internal promotion & consistent growth within the organisation, you’ll be stepping into a broad, established region with an existing customer base in place, where success comes from consistency, service and credibility rather than a hard sell approach - ideal for someone who wants to genuinely partner with customers and build something sustainable over time.
The Role
This is a home-based, field role where you’ll take full ownership of how you manage your time, customers and travel. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a geographically broad territory, covering parts of: South West England & South Wales, working with Orthodontists, Dentists, Consultants, Dental Nurses & Practice Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Increasing product usage and account penetration
- Planning and executing effective territory plans and call cycles
- Representing the business at events, exhibitions and industry meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a field sales environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage a large territory
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and grow opportunities
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Dental experience is highly advantageous but not essential - full product training will be provided.
