ITSM Consultant – Halo
Chance for an ITSM consultant to join a rapidly expanding, internationally acclaimed IT service management provider at the forefront of AI innovation in the space.
ITSM is at the heart of this business, offering the chance to work with household-name, CV-enhancing clients on high-profile service management projects.
This is a full lifecycle consultancy role, guiding clients through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and continual improvement.
You’ll combine a strong technical capability with a practical ITSM knowledge, translating business requirements into scalable HaloITSM solutions, advising stakeholders and working closely with client and project teams.
Role/Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery workshops to understand service management processes, operational challenges and desired outcomes
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical HaloITSM solution designs
- Advise clients on ITSM best practices, process design and opportunities for automation
- Produce clear solution documentation, process maps, configuration specifications and delivery plans
- Proven experience implementing, configuring or supporting HaloITSM in client or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and ITIL principles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into effective technical and process solutions
- Practical knowledge of workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, automation, reporting, integrations and data migration
- Excellent consultancy, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, organised and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- HaloITSM certification and ITIL certification are desirable
