Consult Sustain seeks an experienced ecologist to join as lead ecology consultant and department head, based at our Bromley office with hybrid working.

You will build and manage the ecology team, lead client delivery across a diverse portfolio, and drive business development.

You will lead Phase 1/Phase 2 appraisals, biodiversity net gain assessments, supervise surveys, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to fee proposals.
