Scope: Are you a hands-on Dental Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? I am working with a well established, family run company with over 40 years of industry experience looking for a Dental Equipment Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted name in the dental equipment field, known for technical excellence, reliable service, and long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining premium dental equipment across a wide client base, helping practices stay safe, compliant, and fully operational. If you're motivated, mechanically minded, and ready to take your career to the next level in a supportive, technician-led environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, repair, and maintain dental equipment across client sites
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs as needed
  • Diagnose and resolve faults with dental chairs, suction systems, compressors, and digital units
  • Build strong relationships with dental professionals, maintaining the company's excellent reputation
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with the office and technical teams for seamless customer support

About You:

  • Field-based experience in dental engineering is a must.
  • Knowledge of Cefla brands including Anthos, Castellini, or Stern Weber would be highly advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence required
