Are you a senior finance leader who thrives in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments? Do you enjoy balancing strategic influence with operational delivery? We’re looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead finance across UK and European operations, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance, strengthen governance and shape long-term strategy. This is a true leadership role. You’ll sit at the heart of the European senior team, influencing decisions, driving accountability and ensuring finance is embedded into every operational and commercial discussion.
