We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join a leading global consultancy’s Energy Services team, supporting clients on their journey to decarbonise homes and cities. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the energy transition, helping shape strategy and deliver low-carbon solutions across the green homes sector.
The Role
You’ll lead strategic, commercial, and delivery-focused projects across energy efficiency, domestic flexibility, and green tech solutions. You’ll work closely with clients—including suppliers, investors, and governments—to design viable, future-focused business models and propositions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex change programmes in low carbon and energy services.
- Advise clients on market strategy, innovation, and partnerships.
- Drive business development and go-to-market planning.
- Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in a top-tier consultancy, ideally at Senior Manager level or equivalent.
- Expertise in energy transition, especially in home retrofit and low carbon tech (heat pumps, insulation, solar, flexibility).
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Proven business development and client engagement skills.
- Understanding of energy markets and funding models.
