This role is critical to ensuring the efficient sourcing and supply of materials for our projects, driving cost efficiencies, and maintaining robust supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Take ownership of sourcing and procuring materials such as solar panels, scaffolding, and LED components for all projects.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered to sites as per project timelines.
- Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all materials to ensure inventory accuracy and project alignment.
- Supplier Management: Conduct regular supplier reviews to secure competitive pricing, improve terms, and assess performance.
- Forecasting: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to forecast material requirements based on secured business for the quarter or half-year.
- Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize the supply chain, driving efficiencies and cost savings across projects.
