Join Consult Construct. If you’re someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and wants to play a key role in how projects and administration are delivered, managed, and maintained - we’d love to hear from you. Consult Construct is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our projects. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key part in keeping projects moving across the business.
About Consult Construct: Consult Construct is a professional consultancy specialising in building surveying and project delivery. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a collaborative and supportive working environment. As a growing business, we offer a dynamic workplace where individuals are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and play a meaningful role in how we continue to develop.
The Role: Working closely within our surveying team and reporting to the Technical Director, you’ll support project delivery while contributing to the wider business as required. You’ll become embedded within our Building Surveying team, playing a central role in ensuring projects and associated administration are delivered, managed, and maintained to a high standard. This is not just an administrative role — it requires organisation, initiative, and developing commercial awareness.
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple projects
- Managing project documentation, trackers, and timelines
- Supporting tenders and fee proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Supporting WIP reporting and project financial tracking
- Supporting invoicing processes, including confidently following up with Surveyors
- Organising meetings and maintaining clear communication across projects
- Coordinating with the Admin team to ensure continuity and coverage
- Identifying risks or delays and helping keep projects on track
- Bringing structure and clarity to complex and fast-moving workloads
About You: We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can shift. You will ideally have:
- Experience in a coordination, project support, or similar role
- Ideally some exposure to construction, property, or building surveying
- Strong communication skills and confidence following up to progress actions
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset, with an interest in improving processes and ways of working
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), with experience of CRM or similar systems
- Exposure to WIP reporting, invoicing, tenders, or fee proposals would be advantageous.
What You’ll Gain: You’ll start with an initial training period with our Admin team, gaining a strong understanding of our systems and processes. From there, you’ll become embedded within our Building Surveying team, where you’ll:
- Gain exposure to project delivery in a professional construction environment
- Take on increasing responsibility over time
- Play a part in shaping how the role evolves as the business grows
Location: This is a full-time role primarily based in our Faversham office. Faversham is well connected by mainline rail services from across Kent and London; however, the office is located outside the town centre. You will therefore need to be able to reliably access the location on a daily basis. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
Interested? If this sounds like a good fit, please send your CV and a short covering note to hr@consultconstruct.co.uk to introduce yourself, your experience, and how your skills align with the role.
