About the Role

Consult Construct Limited is looking to appoint a high-calibre Chartered Building Surveyor to join our growing professional team. This is a key appointment for the business and an opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to take ownership of a varied workload across professional and project-led instructions, while helping shape the future growth of our service offering.

Working closely with our Technical Director and wider leadership team, you will manage client relationships, lead projects, provide trusted technical advice, and deliver work to a consistently high professional standard. Alongside traditional Building Surveying services, there will also be opportunities to contribute to specialist external wall, cladding remediation and wider building safety commissions delivered by our dedicated fire team.

This role would suit either a newly Chartered surveyor ready for the next step, or a more experienced professional seeking greater autonomy, influence and progression within a dynamic independent consultancy.
