A well-established British engineering manufacturer specialising in transmission technology, mechanical drive systems and engineered solutions for industrial machinery is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the West Midlands. With a strong British manufacturing heritage and an established presence across industrial and OEM markets, the business works closely with machine builders, equipment manufacturers, system integrators and industrial end users to solve complex mechanical drive and power transmission challenges.

This is a commercially focused technical sales and business development position, combining new business acquisition, territory development, key account management and consultative solution selling across a diverse industrial customer base.

The Opportunity

Taking ownership of the West Midlands sales territory, you will be responsible for developing revenue across both existing and prospective customers. This is a genuine sales growth role. You will identify target accounts, prospect new customers, generate leads, develop relationships, uncover engineering projects, build a strong sales pipeline and convert technical opportunities into profitable long-term business.

Responsibilities will include:
