We are recruiting on behalf of a growing business based in London that is looking for an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join their people team. This is a generalist HR role with real breadth β you will be involved in everything from employee relations and performance management to policy development and recruitment support. Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues. Support and coach line managers through HR processes, ensuring they are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with employment law and company policy. Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout. Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and managing offers. Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain compliant and fit for purpose. Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including engagement surveys, wellbeing programmes, and learning and development activity. Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports and MI as required. Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
