We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential care provider based in Stockport who are looking for dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people in a supportive, well-managed residential setting. The Role You will be working directly with children and young people in a residential home environment, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive guidance. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive, supporting them with daily routines, activities, education, and personal development. What We Are Looking For A genuine passion for working with children and young people is essential. Previous experience in a residential, social care, or support work setting is desirable but not essential β€” full training and support will be provided. A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent is an advantage. Enhanced DBS clearance will be required.
