The Role

• Running your section to a consistently high standard.
\n
• Preparing and cooking dishes to specification.
\n
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu delivery.
\n
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and allergen standards.
\n
• Helping train and support junior kitchen staff.
\n
\n
About You
\n
\n
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up.
\n
• Passion for fresh, quality food.
\n
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergens.
\n
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen.
\n
• Reliable, organised and a team player.
\n
\n
