A partner-led, international-facing law firm is growing its Property Litigation team - and looking for a lawyer who wants more than just casework.
THE ROLE
Act for real estate developers, investors, landlords and tenants across a wide range of contentious matters including commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, development disputes, property insolvency, rights of way, restrictive covenants and more.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage your own caseload with supervision
- Draft pleadings, notices, witness statements
- Work directly with clients and Counsel
- Attend hearings and drive strategy
- Support business development and pitch work
- Mentor juniors where appropriate
