A well-regarded London law firm with a busy and growing Real Estate Finance team is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join them. The team acts for specialist lenders and borrowers across a broad range of property finance transactions - bridging, development finance, investment acquisitions and secured lending. You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with good supervision and a collaborative team around you.

What the role involves:

  • Running a varied caseload of real estate finance matters with real autonomy
  • Acting for lender panel clients on secured loan originations across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, investors and brokers
  • Contributing to BD and representing the firm at networking events
  • Supporting and supervising more junior members of the team

  • A qualified solicitor with 2-6 PQE in real estate finance or a strong commercial property background with finance exposure
  • Experience acting for lenders on secured transactions — bridging finance experience is a plus
