The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new work by producing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of groundwork projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for groundwork and civil engineering schemes
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Obtaining and analysing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficiencies
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams during tender stages
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator within groundworks (essential)
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and groundwork packages
