Quantity Surveyor – Major Refurbishment Project Gosport, Hampshire Contract or Permanent Construo Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading main contractor, for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship refurbishment project in Gosport. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a complex and high-value scheme. About the Project The project is the full refurbishment, now valued at circa £119 million following agreed variations. Working under the PPC 2000 contract. Scope of works includes: * Structural repairs and enhancements * Installation of new roofs and render * New internal walls, ceilings, and flooring * Full sanitaryware and IPS systems * Complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services * Extensive drainage and both hard and soft landscaping This complex, multi-discipline refurbishment offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a landmark project.
