About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established independent RICS-regulated practice to recruit a Residential Surveyor & Valuer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business specialising in residential surveys and valuations across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Cheshire. The role offers a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own diary and workload while maintaining a strong focus on quality over volume. You will be responsible for delivering professional home surveys and valuations, producing clear and detailed reports, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
- Carry out residential property valuations
- Inspect properties across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas
- Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality survey reports
- Manage your own diary, appointments, and workload
- Maintain excellent client communication and professional standards
- Utilise modern surveying software and systems for reporting
Requirements
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in residential surveys and valuations
- Strong report writing skills with a clear and practical communication style
- Good IT skills and confidence using surveying software
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
