Construo are working with a respected firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to expand their residential valuation team across multiple UK locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surveyors seeking strong fee income, consistent workflow, and career progression.
Salary: Β£50,000 β Β£60,000 DOE + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Loan security valuations (standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, and multi-unit).
- Valuations for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Associations.
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
Performance Expectations:
- High street lender valuations reported same day.
- Specialist lender and private client reports completed within 24 hours.
- RICS Level 2 Surveys delivered within 4 days.
- Prompt response to post-valuation queries.
What We're Looking For:
- AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS (with VRS essential).
- Minimum 1 year PQE in residential valuation.
- Strong IT skills and experience using software for site notes and reporting.
- A proven track record of producing quality valuation work.
