Salary: £30 - 35k OTE, £35 - 40k

Construo Recruitment is working with a leading telecoms provider to recruit a Partner Success Executive. This role blends account management and customer support, focused on helping channel partners succeed with hosted voice and connectivity solutions. This is a non‐targeted, relationship‐led role, supporting partners who generate their own sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a portfolio of channel partners
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor orders, tickets, and provisioning workflows
  • Provide performance insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Support onboarding and ongoing partner success
