Construo Recruitment is currently recruiting a Commercial Manager to join a growing and dynamic Passive Fire Protection (PFP) business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to play a key role in the continued development and success of a specialist contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial operations across all Passive Fire Protection projects
- Develop and manage commercial processes from enquiry to project delivery
- Produce accurate invoicing, forecasting, and cashflow reports
- Support contract management with valuations, materials, and work progress
- Monitor and report monthly on CVRs, profitability, and key metrics
- Maintain up-to-date Schedules of Rates and pricing databases
