As part of our client\’s continued expansion, we are seeking a commercially astute professional to oversee the commercial delivery of passive fire protection projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle of passive fire protection projects
- Oversee procurement, valuations, change management, and final accounts
- Ensure cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting are accurate and timely
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
- Drive commercial best practice and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards
What We\’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Proven experience within the passive fire protection sector, particularly firestopping and fire door systems
- Strong commercial understanding, ideally with a background in construction
- Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
