Key Responsibilities- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports
- Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements
- Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations
- Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
- Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI
- Proven experience in residential property surveys
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
