Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports
- Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements

Qualifications
- Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI
